Hala brings more than 15 years of extensive experience in the region with a particular focus on M&A transactions, corporate and company law matters, private equity deals, financial services and finance law, and regulatory compliance. She has an impressive track record of advising clients, companies and entrepreneurs across diverse sectors including, financial services, private equity, investment and asset management, healthcare, real estate, retail and hospitality, in Dubai, Beirut, and Doha.

Prior to joining Eptalex, Hala founded her own legal consultancy firm in the UAE where she provided expert legal services to high-profile clients and various startups. Her previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel at a UAE based finance and investment company, where she worked on complex M&A transactions, corporate governance, and legal restructuring efforts. Hala has also held significant positions at prestigious law firms in Lebanon, Qatar, and the UAE, contributing her expertise to major multinational corporations.

Hala is a member of the Beirut Bar Association, with a Master’s degree from the University of London and a Bachelor of Laws from Saint Joseph University, Beirut, Hala’s academic and professional background makes her an invaluable addition to our team.
