BACKMarta is a Senior Lawyer authorized to appear before Italy’s highest courts (Corte di Cassazione) with extensive experience at top tax law firms. From 2015 to 2021, she worked at Ludovici Piccone & Partners, continuing her work after the merger with Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici. In this period, she developed cross-disciplinary expertise in tax advisory, tax litigation, and real estate taxation, handling complex and internationally significant cases.
She assists individuals, both residents and non-residents, advising on tax issues related to relocation to Italy, wealth planning, and real estate acquisition, including high‑value properties. She also provides specialized counsel to companies and corporate groups on business income taxation and transfer pricing.
Specializing in tax disputes, she represents companies and individuals before tax authorities and tax courts, including the Supreme Court of Cassation, and provides support in earlier phases of tax audits and settlement (“adhesion”) procedures.
