BACKBefore joining Eptalex as a Junior Associate, Jana worked as an in-house legal counsel at Clariane Group in Paris, a leading European provider of healthcare and eldercare services operating across several countries. In this role, she advised the company and its various departments on contractual and litigation matters.
Jana gained solid experience in reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, drafting and updating contract templates and standard clauses, and preparing reports related to ongoing disputes and pre-litigation matters. She also conducted legal research in diverse areas, including contract law, business law, distribution law, competition law, European law, intellectual property and IT law. In addition, she assisted in managing the Group’s trademark portfolio, focusing on the monitoring and protection of its intellectual property rights. Jana also supported the digital transformation of the legal department, notably through the deployment of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool.
