Experience

Amine assists companies in all stages of their process of internationalisation, focusing in the sustainable development sectors (e.g. renewable energy sector).

He has analized and drafted various legal documents related to internationalisation of listed companies, major private industrial groups and small-medium companies, operating in different sectors of the economy. He also advises on matters of commercial law, assists different companies and investors both in their day by day business and in important M&A extraordinary transactions and joint ventures.

Amine carries on legal consultancy activities, providing for legal opinions and drafting Efficient Performance Contracts (EPC) in efficiency energy sectors (also with Energy Service Companies (ESCo)), EPCC contracts related to project development operations in renewable energy and EPCC contracts regarding energy efficiency interventions in real estate sector (e.g. Superbonus 110% operations ex art. 119 and 121 of the Decree Law 19 May 2020, n. 34).

Amine contributed to several publications on internationalisation for Ipsoa, including investing e-books “eFacile investire in South Africa” and “eFacile investire in Perù”, the magazine “Fiscalità e Commercio Internazionale” and investing data base of South Africa, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia, published by IPSOA- Gruppo Wolters Kluwer.
