Experience

Marc works on mergers and acquisitions of banks, financial institutions and regional and multinational companies, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating letters of intent, share purchase agreements, MOUs and all related documentation, in addition to conducting due diligence on behalf of clients regarding local and international laws and regulations, transaction compliance and regulatory policies.

He regularly counsels and acts as a trusted advisor to clients on corporate matters, notably corporate structuring and restructuring, banking compliance, acquisition transactions, shareholder agreements, offering commercial representation and dealing with everyday corporate matters. He has concrete experience in advising companies with regards to logistics services agreements (freight forwarding services), warehousing agreements, purchase agreements and construction agreements (FIDIC).

His expertise extends to advising on diverse civil and commercial litigation cases, including a major aviation accident lawsuit in Lebanon, as well as public litigation cases against the Lebanese government.

Marc was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2014.
