Experience

Houssam is a partner at Eptalex and the Head of the litigation department in Beirut.

Hossam, has more than 25 years of extensive experience in drawing appropriate strategies for resolving disputes through the judiciary and in representing clients in lawsuits, conducting and managing them in a way that enhances reaching the desired results.

He provides the office's clients with advice on their legal issues, especially on commercial, banking, real estate, labor issues, business laws and others.
Prior to joining the firm, Hossam well-established his skills and comprehensive information in the field of public administrations and administrative law through his work as an editor and auditor at the Civil Service Council in Lebanon and participating in an intensive six-month preparation course at the National Institute of Administration.

Hossam published several legal articles on arbitrary exchange and penal clauses in contracts, money laundering crimes, arbitration clauses, and others. In his numerous media appearances, he dealt with current and accurate legal issues. He has been affiliated with the Beirut Bar Association since 1997 and is a member of its Banking Committee.

Hussam is an activist within the framework of NGOs and is a member of several social and environmental associations. Recently, he contributed to the establishment of a human rights organization, "Justice Without Borders", that deals primarily with the rights of foreign detainees, the marginalized, and the rights of juveniles.
