Claudia has worked with Eptalex since 2016, first in Beirut and Dubai and currently in Milan and Rome, where she is also responsible for the external relation and communication policy of the firm.

She has developed her international legal expertise across various industries, assisting international companies and SMEs, in both local and international development, throughout the Middle East – Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates – and Europe.

Furthermore, Claudia is a certified mediator in Italy, France, and Lebanon and a trainer in mediation. She served as a mediator in numerous b2b and b2c hearings concerning consumer law and long-term commercial contracts in telecommunication disputes.

She is regularly involved in conferences and seminars, with a particular focus on the integration of mediation and ADR in cross-border commercial disputes and investor-state disputes. She was also a visiting lecturer at the Business School of the University of Salford (UK) from 2017 to 2019.
