BACKErica started her practice in 2019 focusing on international law, family law and juvenile criminal law, providing a wide range assistance in the drafting of judicial acts and legal opinions.
Before joining Eptalex-Jglegal, Erica gained professional experience in the diplomatic field by doing an internship at the Italian Permanent Representation to NATO in Brussels.
After joining Eptalex, Erica works in the compliance department, advising foreign and local clients (listed companies, important private industrial groups and medium/small businesses active in different branches of economy) on privacy, corporate compliance/administrative liability of legal entities, anti-money laundering, export control and international sanctions matters.
In the last two years of University, Erica attended the Major “International Track” and she passed European and international law exams in English. She also did an Erasmus at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.
