BACKJamil works within the Litigation department at our firm. He contributes by drafting legal memorandums, motions, briefs, and other documents in litigation matters. He also conducts relevant legal research covering various fields. Jamil diligently handles clients’ files and regularly advises them on their cases.
Jamil ensures the compliance of companies with the requirements of the Commercial register and manages the registration of local branches and representative offices in accordance with Lebanese company regulations. He also supports the corporate department by ensuring that companies are in compliance with Lebanese regulations and prepares the necessary documentation, including drafting minutes of meetings and agreements, as well as providing general corporate advice on a day-to-day basis.
Prior to joining our firm, Jamil acquired remarkable expertise by handling and assisting on cases related to various legal fields: Civil, Commercial, and Criminal Law, Labor and Employment Law, Personal Status Law, and Real Estate Law.
Jamil participated in an inter-university program on International Criminal Law and Procedure organized in cooperation with the T.M.C. Asser Institute The Hague, the International and Transitional Justice Resource Center.
Jamil joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2023.
