BACKSteeve leads the department devoted to support our Multinational clients, in expanding their businesses in the KSA and GCC through setting up the adequate legal structure based on the new regulations issued by the Saudi’s government and conventions related to the GCC members and foreign investments. Choosing the companies’ type that best fits their needs founded on the Taxations treaties and applicable laws.
Steeve joined Eptalex in 2019, handles different ranges of disputes some of which are commercial, civil and criminal law. He is proficient in advising clients, analyzing their case problems, formulates an effective strategy and a Road Map for each case, submits proposals and scope of work, interprets laws, has a good understanding of international conventions and regulations and assesses findings.
Drafting and revising agreements in line with the KSA and GCC Laws, due diligence, negotiating, and elaborating strategies that allow the client to manage successful companies.
Assisted medical and Financial Technology providers having its headquarters in the GCC by leading their meetings with CMA and issuing SAMA’s approval and MISA’s license.
His expertise also includes, the fundamental principles of the arbitration process starting from drafting the arbitration agreement, appointment of arbitrators’, commencement of the arbitration hearings, (meetings, timetable, submissions, experts), reaching the powers of the court and its legal impact on the essentials of an enforceable Award.
Steeve has writing and analytical legal skills which have been proven by many well-researched and persuasive briefs, motions and arguments produced.
